Spend your days lounging by the seasonally-heated pool—located literally just steps from your back door where kids can play within easy earshot or you can soak up the sun with quick trips back for cocktails or snacks—or take an easy, scenic stroll through the Resort and over the bridge to the emerald waters of Panama City Beach. We're just 200 yards to the lagoon pool and white sand or hop on the free Resort tram.
š After a day in the sun, gather in the gourmet kitchen’s coffee and snack bar, or host an epic family game night in the living room with over 50 board games to choose from. A smart TV and high speed wifi keep you connected and entertained.
š With three private bedrooms and three full bathrooms, larger groups and multi-generational families can enjoy plenty of space and privacy.

Walkable Conveniences: We are less than 100 yards to the Convention Center and Club / fitness center / sport courts, and just outside the secure gates of the Resort, you’ll find a variety of local favorite restaurants, including seafood, pizza, and casual eateries.
š Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $500 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

Shanda and Bryon Love are a super awesome couple from San Antonio, Texas, who love God, dogs, and the beach. So they simply had to buy a great getaway on the beautiful Emerald Coast.
